The maintenance-free grease lubrication enables the unit to be mounted in any orientation without custom modifications. In addition to general-purpose solutions, with multiple food-grade options, Hyponic® is perfect for harsh, high-pressure wash-down environments.

Patented Hyponic® gear technology is up to 93% efficient across all ratios and requires no cooling fan. As the hypoidal gear design eliminates the high friction losses inherent to worm gear drives commonly used in similar applications.
The greater efficiency of the Hyponic® allows for use of a smaller motor, resulting in the same performance with much lower electrical costs.
The smooth and quiet operation of the Hyponic® makes it the perfect choice for commercial applications in which a low noise level is desired.
The hypoidal design, quality materials, low operating temperature, and high performance grease result in a reliable unit that does not require maintenance.
A full array of input and output options with standard universal mounting positions provides a product to fit nearly any requirement. These options include solid shaft, hollow bore, shrink disc, quill input shaft, integral motor, and C-Face adapters.
LUBRICATION
The unit is filled with the appropriate grease at assembly. All grease options are maintenance-free grease which eliminates shutdowns for oil or grease changes.
Grease lubrication enables the unit to be mounted in any orientation without custom modifications.

The Hyponic® is perfect for harsh, high-pressure wash-down environments with multiple general duty and food grade grease options.
