RUGGED HOUSING
Designed to support and transfer the gear, shaft, and bearing loads while accommodating large frame motors and flexible or fluid coupling arrangements.
FLIPPABLE HOUSING
Housing includes both a top and bottom inspection cover to allow for changing the shaft assembly on-site without disassembly. Relocating the breather and oil level glass are the only modifications required by the gearbox.
HIGH SPEED SHAFT
Fully carburized shaft projection increases the shaft projection hardness and strength. Optimized projection length minimizes overhung (radial) loads due to heavy hydrodynamic fluid coupling weights.
